Job Description:
In this specialist role as IT project manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Overall Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for designing warehouse management systems to meet internal and external requirements. The warehouse system allows warehouse managers and administrators to make enquiries and operations. It also allows easy access to warehouse operations for Chinese customers.
- Task Management:
1 Responsible for the company's warehouse management system (WMS) product planning and design, the development of business standard processes.
2 Responsible for WMS system follow-up continuous optimization and operation and maintenance guarantee, for system improvement class demand can independently carry out technical solution design and system implementation.
3 Responsible for maintaining good communication with business departments, completing demand research and analysis, and improving business operation processes.
4 Pay attention to the daily operation problems in the warehouse, optimize the operation process in the warehouse and improve the operation efficiency.
5 Answering user's questions in the process of using the system, proposing comprehensive solutions according to user's feedback, and timely feedback tracking solution.

2 A good habit of thinking, a good ability to analyze and solve problems, coordinate various resources.
3 Be resilient, and responsive to changes in work systems and processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
1 Must be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin) fluently to communicate with customers in China.
2 At least 1 year of independent WMS maintenance experience.
3 Familiar with WMS related business processes such as inbound and outbound storage, warehouse management, packaging management, etc.
